No Sugar Added Protein Pancakes

Grow­ing up, one of my favorite things to eat for break­fast was pan­cakes. For some rea­son my sis­ter Megan made the best pan­cakes, per­fect­ly gold­en on each side and deli­cious as could be. Unfor­tu­nate­ly, now that I am more health con­scious, I’ve real­ized that pan­cakes are not a very well-bal­anced, nutri­tion­al break­fast.
